Topological quantum groups and harmonic analysis
May 15-19, 2017
SNU (Seoul National University), Korea

This meeting will focus on recent developments on locally compact quantum groups and their various connections to harmonic analysis aiming both established and young researchers in this field. This workshop is supported by KIAS. The workshop will be held at the department of Mathematical Sciences, SNU (Seoul National University, Korea). All the lectures will be given at the main lecture hall in the 1st floor of Sangsan Mathematical Science Building (#129).

There will be series of lectures by the following speakers:

Julien Bichon (Universite Blaise Pascal): Homological invariants of discrete quantum groups
Christian Voigt (University of Glasgow): Complex semisimple quantum groups and representation theory
Makoto Yamashita (Ochanomizu University): Categorical duality for actions of compact quantum groups

The list of invited speakers is as follows;

Pawel Kasprzak (Warsaw University)
Kenny De Commer (Vrije Universiteit Brussel)
Mehrdad Kalantar (University of Houston)
Jason Crann (Carleton University)

Please send an e-mail to the local organizer, Hun Hee Lee (E-mail: hunheelee_at_snu_dot_ac_kr) ASAP if you are interested in participating the workshop.
