The Department of Mathematical Sciences at Seoul National University, South Korea, invites applications for a tenure track or tenured position for foreign candidates (non-Korean) with outstanding research potentials. Applications are invited in all areas of mathematics. The benefits are very competitive, including a residence at the Faculty apartments at least for three years, and health insurance. The salary will be determined based on your experience. Normally the average salary for assistant professor is $65,000. Duties will include mathematical research and teaching two regular courses per semester in English. One should have strong interest in pursuing excellence in teaching and supervising Ph. D students.
