                  미분기하학 개론1

                       강의실 26-108

개요: 미분기하학 입문과정으로 3차원 유크리드 공간의 곡선과 곡면의 기하를 공부한다. 특히 미분형식 (differential form) 으로 표현된 접속 (connection), 곡률 (curvature) 의 개념을 공부한다.

주요교과내용:

1) Review of advanced calculus: vector fields, differential forms

2) moving frame, covariant derivatives, connection forms, structural equations

3) integration of forms, coordinate patch

4) shape operator,  Gaussian curvature

5) fundamental forms, intrinsic geometry of surfaces, congruence of surfaces
