Abstract: In this talk, we survey relevant recent developments in the study of the (weak) Corona theorem in infinite dimensions. We also review the current state of the art about related topics such as the embedding of analytic disks into fibers.

| Title: Some maximal inequalities in noncommutative analysis |

Abstract: This talk is devoted to the presentation of some progresses on noncommutative maximal inequalities related to harmonic analysis. In the talk, I shall recall some fundamental noncommutative maximal inequalities.
