Registration

Registration consists of four parts:

• Personal data: First and Last Names, Institution, City and/or Region, and Country are minimum information required.
• Accommodation: In order to reserve a hotel room, please provide dates of arrival and departure. There are two types of rooms; a room with two single beds, and a traditional ondol room. Room rate is 90,000 Korean Won (approximately US$ 90) per night for both types. You may share room with other participant. In this case, please put the name and institution of your roommate. Hotel room will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
• Talk: If you want to give a talk at the Conference, please provide the title, AMS classification and abstract by the end of February. You may provide or revise abstract by the end of June. If there are more applications than we expected, some of them may be allocated in the poster session. Acceptance of talks will be notified by the mid-April.
• Transportation: We will provide transportation from Incheon International Airport to Cheongpung for participants who arrive on August 7 (before 18:00). If you want to use this transportation service, provide your flight information by the middle of June. Note for participants flying from East Asia: We strongly recommend you to book a flight to Incheon Airport, not Gimpo Airport.

Acknowledgement for the registration will be sent later.

Registration fee is USD 100 (USD 50 for students and post-docs), which will be collected at the conference. This includes all the cost during the Conference such as tea/coffee, printed matter, meal, banquet, transportation, etc. Note: If you also register SEOUL ICM 2014, then you may receive 30% cash refund of the registration fee for this Satellite Conference, during SEOUL ICM 2014 (keep the receipt).
