We propose a scheme for quantum computation using hybrid photonic qubits composed of polarization qubit and cat-code qubit. Near-deterministic Bell measurements on hybrid qubits enable efficient implementation of teleportation and gate operations. The Bell measurement on CV qubit checks the parity of input state so that teleportation protocol corrects an error caused by single photon loss. This error correction feature allows our scheme to exhibit the improved performance for fault-tolerant quantum computation.
