In this talk I will first introduce $U^p$ and $V^p$ spaces as adapted function spaces. Then a transer principle concerning adapted spaces will be taken into account for some linear and bilinear operators. Lastly, we will apply them to the small data scattering problem of fractional Schrödinger equations.
