In this thesis, we study the thermodynamic Cucker-Smale model by varying the type of interaction between particles: setting communication function to be under the effect of time-delay, and considering a network topology which is registered by a general digraph. We give a sufficient condition for the asymptotic flocking to occur in terms of initial data and system parameters. We also study the global well-posedness of the kinetic themodynamic Cucker-Smale model with chemotactic movements.
