In resistor network theory, we have studied effective resistance and information centrality of non-negative weighted simplicial complex S via combinatorial hodge thoery. In this seminar, we will introduce the relationship between i-dimensional spanning trees and generalized kichhoff`s laws so that generalize resistor network theory to weighted simplicial complex S.
