It is well-known that worst singularity of a projective hypersurface determines GIT-stability and semi-stability of the corresponding Hilbert point. In this talk, we will extend this viewpoint toward unstable projective hypersurfaces. At the end of this talk, we will construct the multiplicity class from Hesselink stratification.
