We study the singular value potentials of fiber-bunched GL(2,R)-cocycles. We show that the singular value potentials of irreducible GL(2,R)-cocycles have a unique equilibrium state. Among the reducible cocycles, we provide a characterization for cocycles whose singular value potentials have more than one equilibrium states.
