This seminar presents my master’s thesis in quantum information theory and quantum state tomography. In QIT, quantum measurement can be formulated mathematically in terms of measure, especially called as Positive operator-valued measure. We're interested in reconstruction of the quantum state before measurement as we say it quantum state tomography.
The talk will introduce the mathematical formulation of quantum states, measurements, linear tomography, and MLE as an example for nonlinear tomography.
