The link of quotient surface singularities admit natural contact structure, so called Milnor fillable contact structure. On the other hand, it is known that every minimal symplectic fillings of a quotient surface singularity is diffeomorphic to one of its Milnor fibers. Since Milnor fiber has a natural Stein structure, there is a corresponding PALF structure on each minimal symplectic fillings. In this talk we give an algorithm for explicit PALF structures on minimal symplectic fillings and show that they are related by a sequence of rational blow downs.
