Accommodation
Participants will be accommodated at hotels spread across four areas of the city, due to a lack of affordable accommodation close to campus. Find your hotel below, then see Incheon Airport → Hotel for directions specific to your area.
Hongik University area (Hongdae)
One hotel is in this area, near Hongik University Station.

Three separate hotels are spread across this area, near Bongcheon, Shillim, and Seoul National University Entrance stations (all on Subway Line 2).

Incheon Airport → Hotel
Most routes below use Airport Limousine Bus 6017, which departs from Incheon International Airport:
- Terminal 1: Platform 6B-1 (first floor, outdoor bus stop)
- Terminal 2: Platform 27 (B1 underground level)
Directions depend on which hotel area you are staying in:
- Hongik University area (Hongdae): Take bus 6002, or for a cheaper option the all-stop AREX train. Both take about 1 hour.

Bongcheon / Shillim / Seoul National University Entrance area: Take
bus 6017. After roughly 40–50 minutes, get off at the bus
stop matching your hotel:
- Lotte Department Store Gwanak Branch bus stop (Shillim hotel)
- Bongcheon Station bus stop (Bongcheon hotel)
- Seoul National University Station Exit 1 (Sharosu-gil bus stop) (Seoul National University Entrance hotel)
- Guro Digital Complex area: Take bus 6017. After roughly 30–40 minutes, get off at Guro Digital Complex Station.
- Hoam Faculty House: Take bus 6017 all the way to the final stop (terminus).
Note: the times above are conservative safety estimates — the bus trip often takes closer to 90 minutes in practice.
Note: despite its name, Seoul National University Entrance station is not actually close to the SNU campus.

Hotel → Seoul National University
The route below applies to all hotel areas except Hoam Faculty House, which is already on campus.
- Take Subway Line 2 toward Seoul National University Entrance Station.

From there, choose one of the following options to reach campus:
- Bus 5511: Departs from Seoul National University Entrance Station.
- Or stay on Line 2 for one more stop to Nakseongdae Station, then take Bus 2-2. (If you end up on Bus 2-1 instead, get off at the top of the hill.)
Reminder: despite its name, Seoul National University Entrance Station is not actually close to campus — that's why the extra bus (or extra stop) above is needed.

Seoul National University → Hotel (Return)
- SNU Shuttle: Operates until 19:00 from the designated bus stop on campus (check the campus map for the exact location).
- Bus 5511: Stop near Building 129; take this toward the subway station (confirm direction with the driver).
- Take Line 2, inner circle (direction: Bongcheon / Sindorim), exit at Bongcheon station, Shillim station, exit at Guro Digital Complex Station or exit at Hongdae station.
